Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Teevr Systems Pvt Ltd, New Delhi, India (the Data Fiduciary) handles personal data collected through teevr.in, in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under them.
WHAT WE COLLECT
The contact form collects the data you enter: name, organisation, email address, phone number and your message. The site itself does not require an account and does not collect personal data in the background.
Our hosting provider processes technical connection data (such as IP address and requested pages) in server logs, as is standard for operating and securing a website.
WHY WE PROCESS IT
We process contact-form data only to respond to your enquiry and to follow up on it. You provide this data voluntarily for that purpose, and we process it on the basis of your consent and as a legitimate use under Section 7 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us; this does not affect processing already carried out.
We do not use your data for marketing and we do not sell it.
WHERE IT GOES
Form submissions are delivered to our mailbox by our email delivery provider, acting as our Data Processor under a contract. Hosting and email providers may store or process data outside India, except in any country restricted by the Central Government, with reasonable security safeguards in place.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the matter and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless a longer period is required for contractual or legal reasons. After that it is erased.
YOUR RIGHTS
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can request a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct, complete, update or erase it, withdraw your consent, and nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf.
To exercise any of these rights, or to raise a grievance, write to marketing@teevr.in. We will respond within the period prescribed by law. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
GOVERNING LAW
This policy is governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it.
